Because of the friendliness and hospitality of the owner and his family many guests have spent a wonderful vacation here. For all guests, there is the owner discount on meals and drinks in the traditional Cretan Family taverna on the beach road of Malia at about 800 meters away. The center of Malia is approximately 1 kilometer from the complex and the long sandy beach is approximately 500 meters away.

Downstairs you will find a lobby with reception, TV corner, a pool / snack bar, a PC with Internet connection (ADSL), free WiFi in the bar, a pool table, darts, bicycle rental and a swimming pool with adjoining children's pool, a playground with volleyball net and a sunfield with sun loungers and parasols.

You can choose from a studio for 2 people, a two bedroom apartment for 2, 3 or 4 people and a three room apartment for 5 or 6 people. All apartments have a living / bedroom for two people, safe (separate rental), TV, a kitchenette with two cooking rings, kettle and coffee maker, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning (separate rental) and balcony or terrace . The apartments for two, three or four people have an extra bedroom, the apartment for five or six persons, two additional bedrooms. Babybeds are available free of charge. The Cretan Family apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. The bed linen and towels are changed 2 times a week.
